0px;font-family: 微软雅黑;font-size: 16px;color: #ffffff;">首先说目标和计划。大二中信竞队的每个成员都有清晰、明确的目标，比如进入省队，或者拿到省一等奖等等。有了目标，我们就有了前进的方向，也具备了为了实现它而努力奋斗的动力。而规划，就是为了实现目标，我们要去做些什么。规划重在执行。姜<span style="outline: 0px;font-family: Tahoma;">sir</span>在信竞队中，一直强调执行力的重要性。在我们训练的时候，姜<span style="outline: 0px;font-family: Tahoma;">sir</span>经常询问我们的规划，给出他的建议，并且督促我们一定要按照规划执行下去，不要遇到困难就放弃。当我们打模拟赛失利时，姜<span style="outline: 0px;font-family: Tahoma;">sir</span>从来不批评我们，总是先让我们分析一下原因，然后鼓励我们今天一定要把所有的题目弄懂，并且敲出代码。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 29px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-family: #ffffff;">然后说坚持与自律。“书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟”。学习是辛苦的，而优秀的成绩一定离不开勤奋刻苦的付出，离不开强大意志力的支撑。无论是竞赛还是文化课的学习，都需要我们具备能坚持的品质。“贵有恒，何必三更起五更眠；最无益，只怕一日曝十日寒。”如果遇到困难与挫折就半途而废，最终只会在感慨自己不能坚持之中一事无成。每个人都有惰性，而成功的，总是那些能够克服惰性的人。我特别喜欢赵和旭大佬的两句话：“自己选择的路，跪着也要走下去”，“信竞的道路并不拥挤，因为大部分人都在颓”。这何尝不是在强调坚持的重要性呢？但是，即使我们克服了懒惰，学会了坚持，依旧面临着种种诱惑，这就要求我们学会自律。梁启超说过，“学如逆水行舟，不进则退；心似平原跑马，易放难收。”在需要我们奋斗的年纪，我们要收好自己的心，形形色色的诱惑，比如心心念念的游戏以及不合时宜的恋情等等，都会让我们跌入深渊。</span></p><p
